Connecting Europe Express - An environmentally friendly way to travel

Connecting Europe Express is a new project that will connect 26 European countries by train, and make traveling across Europe easier and more Eco-friendly. A perfect option if you want to reach your language learning destination while thinking of the environment at the same time.

2021 is the year of the rail, hence why the inauguration will take place this year.

The first train will depart the 2nd of September from Lisbon (Portugal) and the last one will arrive in Paris (France) on the 7th of October.

This project has been setup to find out what challenges the rail industries have to overcome in order to become the main choice for travelers in the future. By choosing to travel by rial, we will contribute to the goal of the European Union to be climate-neutral by 2050. Different activities will be arranged across Europe to promote this project.

No agreement has been made whether to continue with the same routes after October, but if all goes as planned, then it only makes sense to keep promoting efficient ways of traveli ng that will not only save you money, but also help the planet.
